02 / 26 (event) UPDATE Inaugural Indian Ocean Fun Run. Start: 11:41 am Ok Guys..here is another update. So far we have 52 PCWA members coming and 10 (I am led to believe) from the Aston Martin Club. We will be meeting at 8am SHARP for an 8.30 start GINGERS ROADHOUSE 1383 Great Northern Highway, Upper Swan WA 6069 (08) 9296 4303 ‎, on Sunday February the 26th and heading to Jurien Bay for lunch at the Sandpiper Bar. This is just a small pub but there is plenty for parking around there and tucker is OK (I have eaten there before). Also FRANK BOVE will be having another raffle a bottle of Moet over lunch in support of SMA, a great charity, for more info on SMA go here: http://www.smaaustralia.org.au/ So bring plenty of change. A special lunch menu has been arranged at a cost of $15 each which will also include a middy of beer or glass of wine. (steakburger and chips, hamburger and chips or fish and chips). more info

03 / 10 (event) 911 Experience - Showroom Event Start: 9:00 am End: 1:00 pm 911 Experience - The New 911 is Here Porsche Centre Perth is pleased to invite you to experience the all new 911. In an open day format similar to the 60 Years Celebration last year, there will be light refreshments and entertainment. There will be three new 911's stealing the show from a line up of classic 911's. Having seen the car at the Gala Event last year in Melbourne, I urge all Porschaphiles to drop in and check out the 991 - it is stunning in the flesh. 03 / 24 (event) Brookton Old Time Motor Show Start: 10:00 am End: 4:00 pm A reminder and details for our upcoming social run to the Brookton Old Time Motor Show, held every second year. It’s this Saturday, 24th – and because some members live in southern suburbs, we shall meet at the Brookton showgrounds and try to catch up around lunchtime at the Oval Food Tent. There is food and drink (including a cash bar) all day and lunch available at the Oval Food Tent. It’s a family friendly event, and there’s something for everyone – including vintage tractors, motorbikes, pennyfarthings and, best of all, a large variety of old-time cars in pristine condition. There are activities like horse and cart rides, petting animals, rock climbing, and mechanical bull riding, and many stalls selling items from Akubra hats to crafts. more info
03 / 25 (event) PCWA K-Tec Cup Sports Series Round 1 - Kwinana Superkhana Start: 12:00 pm End: 4:30 pm This is it - the start of the 2012 Club Sports Series and K-Tec Cup. A new venue for us, we will be holding a Superkhana event at the Kwinana Motorplex facility, run by Paul Blank of Automotive Events Management. It is a Porsche Club only event so we are hoping for a great turn out from you all. The cost is $135. This event will be longer and faster than those that we held at the Midland Speedome in the past.
